BEGINNER FUNDAMENTALS WEST COAST SWING Beginner
Easy 6 & 8 count patterns will be covered in detail. Their award winning technique will be taught by using exercise drills to train us to dance our with the finest quality!

3:30pm-4:45pm
CONNECTION WITH YOUR HIPS All levels
An introduction to the world of "How to use your hips". A first time workshop offered here in Providence with the pros that have the "Hip thing" down! *These two classes are recommended to take together.

5:00pm-6:15pm
LEVERAGE AND COMPRESSION All levels
Learn the true core of Swing by adding leverage (away action) and compression (towards action) to all of your patterns. Swing does not SWING without it and you will feel why! *These two classes are recommended to take together.

6:15pm-7:15pm DINNER BUFFET-Catered by the one and only LEO'S CATERING!

7:15pm-8:30pm
LET'S SWING, SPIN AND TRAVEL! Intermediate/Advanced
Hold on folks! We are going for a ride! Our favorite instructors Jason and Katie are going to share their secret material of long, extended slots that move from one side of the floor to the other. Better yet, you will be spinning your way there! *Dramamine recommended :)

-Take Route 95 towards Providence, RI
-Take Exit #20 Route 195 East
-Once on 195 East, take Exit #6 BROADWAY
-Take a left at the light at the bottom of the exit on WARREN AVENUE
-Take the first right at Shell Gas Station onto BRIGHTRIDGE AVENUE
-The hall is about 200 yards down on your right hand side.
